Form To Schedule Events at Circle Center or on Circle Zoom

Consistent with our Mission and Policy, as of May 9th, 2017, there is no charge for any event. We accept love offerings/donations. All donations are used to support The Circle Center.

Complete Steps 1-4 before Submitting Form

step 1 - Read and View Appropriate Section

For Events at the Circle Center
To reserve physical space at the Circle Center, first check the Calendar to verify the time you want is available. View the Calendar of Events on our web site:  Calendar

After submitting the form, please allow 7 days for processing.

Please allow time after your event to clean up the space and leave it in good order out of consideration for the next user. No alcohol or illegal drugs are to be consumed on the premises. Circle of Friends events and individuals who follow Avatar Meher Baba have priority in reserving the space. Otherwise it is first come, first served or as the Board deems appropriate.

For Events on Circle Zoom

You may view the schedule on the calendar of events via the link below. All zoom events are marked "Z" on the calendar, or indicated to be a zoom event. Note - multiple Zoom events can be scheduled for the same time blocks, using Breakout Rooms. Please allow a minimum of 3 days notice for processing.

Please Note: Regularly recurring events at the Circle Center may be subject to occasional rescheduling if another group needs the space.

Step 3 - Respond to Appropriate Section(s)

For events at the Circle Center, a trained volunteer is required. It is in everyone's interest to have a large pool of trained volunteers, so fill out the form on the Volunteer page and take the training!

step 4 - All Must Read Agreement and Submit

By pressing SUBMIT you agree to hold Avatar Meher Baba’s Circle of Friends, Inc. harmless for any accident, illness, injury, loss, or other misadventure that occurs at this event. You agree to obey all applicable laws and that all participants will be polite and considerate.
For events both at the Circle Center and on Circle Zoom:
You further agree that any event posted in the newsletter, which is emailed to a growing list of subscribers, is for all practical purposes made available to the public, and Avatar Meher Baba's Circle of Friends, Inc. is not upheld to privacy laws regarding such information listed. You further agree and understand that any and all speakers'/participants' views and opinions expressed at the Circle Center and/or on Circle Zoom, do not necessarily reflect the views/policies/positions of the Avatar Meher Baba Circle of Friends' organization.
For events at the Circle Center:
You further agree that any materials or equipment provided by the Circle must be returned in the same or better condition as they were lent. You understand that all reservations are subject to approval by the Circle Board, and a trained volunteer will be present at events.
